Charlotte was fantastic in finding night carers for our 80-year-old mum at very short notice. After spending quite a while in hospital, she needed some extra support at home for a month while she regained her confidence. From the very beginning, Charlotte’s communication was excellent. At a time when we had no idea where to start and were feeling really anxious about our mum being alone, she guided us through the whole process with kindness, professionalism and reassurance. Looking4Care was literally, for us, like a breath of fresh air when I needed to find urgent at-home care for my 97-year-old mother. Charlotte and Andrew made it so easy and fast. I was amazed. It is a care service, not an “agency”, and I was delighted that there was no tedious and lengthy paperwork to read and sign. I can always reach Charlotte and Andrew immediately when needed, and the carers that Mum has had so far have been lovely. It can take a few tries sometimes to find a suitable carer, and we are almost there! Mum is happy, and I am too, and I have so much more peace of mind that she is no longer alone and will get all the help she needs. The carers who looked after our dear father were exceptional and adapted to the changing needs and situation that our father found himself in. Caring was the number one priority; professional and always thoughtful and respectful. Always thinking about what are the needs of this person and what all his needs will be in the near future. Hourly Care (Minimum 5 hours)
Our hourly care service offers flexible, reliable support in the comfort of your own home, with a minimum booking of five continuous hours. This ensures consistent, unhurried care and allows our carers to really get to know you or your loved one.
Day Care
Our day care service provides dedicated, one-to-one support at home for up to 12 hours, offering peace of mind for families and consistent care throughout the day.
Awaking Night Care
Our awaking night care service provides continuous, attentive support throughout the night, with a dedicated carer awake and on hand at all times to ensure safety, comfort, and reassurance.
Weekend Care
Our weekend care service offers reliable, flexible support at home on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring continuity of care when families may be unavailable or need extra help.
